Ideal candidates will have up to 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and a relevant degree. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, along with benefits including health coverage and professional development support.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Geotechnical Engineering field.
• Class 5 driver’s license required.
• Experience in 2D and 3D geotechnical software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on field assessments including mapping, material testing, and investigations.
• Plan and manage geotechnical aspects of projects.
• Prepare proposals and technical reports.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of soil mechanics

Experience in interpretation and utilization of GIS

Education

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Civil or Geological Engineering

Eligibility for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia
