Job summary

WSP in Canada is seeking a Junior Geoscientist, Geochemist, or Data Scientist to join multidisciplinary teams turning geochemical data into practical insight. Based in Edmonton, Vancouver, or Calgary, you will contribute to field sampling, data quality, and client-ready reporting for projects involving water, rock, and soil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in earth science, geoscience, chemistry or related field.
• 0–3 years with field sampling or data handling experience.
• Experience with geochemical data and basic statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with data management tools and coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect water, rock, and soil samples and support field programs.
• Manage and analyze large geochemical datasets with QA/QC.
• Develop conceptual models and run mass-balance or numerical analyses.
• Produce statistical analyses and clear client-ready reports.
