As a Junior FX Dealer, you will:
- Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
- Support other dealers with market research, updates, and pitching ideas.
- Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms, including Bloomberg.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination.
- Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industries to provide tailored solutions.
- Know the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s banking solutions.
- Achieve dealer-specific KPIs such as revenue from repeat and new business, reducing client churn, up-selling high-margin products, and increasing wallet share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings.
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product teams.
- Originate new business through networking and referrals.
- Prepare and present market updates to the front office.
Required Experience:
- Preferably previous experience in financial services.
- Experience in a commercial bank selling to SMEs, or relevant experience in treasury, FX, or cash management in a different environment.
- Business or finance academic background.
