Job description

Reporting directly to the VP Product & Technology, the Junior Front End Developer is responsible for managing Stocksys online content, ensuring our website's content is accurate and up to date. This role will work closely with the marketing team on marketing campaigns and projects to ensure delivery of website requirements and help to identify areas of improvements to support revenue growth objectives.

• Reports to : VP Product & Technology
• Department : Technology
• Location : Remote, North American timezones
• Role Type : Employee, FT
• Hours of Work : 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day. Typical office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (or as agreed upon with Team Lead). All conditions of employment will be in accordance with the BC Employment Standards Act.
• Compensation : $55,000 to $70,000 per year

• 2+ years professional experience working as a developer in an agile team.
• Experience with Headless Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot or Directus an asset.
• Collaborating with marketing and other teams to implement content strategies.
• Previous experience of working on marketing projects and campaigns will be preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Working closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to align CMS functionalities and template design with growth team goals.
• Providing support to troubleshoot CMS-related issues, and training non-technical users.
• Recommending improvements to the user experience on the marketing pages with a focus on improving page performance.
• Develop and maintain a resource center on the website to house all the high value content marketing is producing to support growth objectives.
• Ensure collaboration with the Sales function to ensure details around pricing, and plans are current on the website.
