This role involves working on 4G/5G deployment projects, cloud-native environments, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Delivery

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications within mobile networks.
• Design and manage OpenStack and OpenShift lab infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts and tools.
• Support automation and CI/CD pipelines for telco network functions on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Troubleshoot issues in cloud and on-premises environments.

Innovation

• Contribute ideas and improvements to the devops community.
• Engage in infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Team

• Contribute individually and collaborate with senior engineers.
• Handle customer technical issues and communicate with internal teams.

Agile

• Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Attend project review meetings with customers.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or related field.

Knowledge

• Understanding of DevOps principles and SDLC.
• Knowledge of cloud-native platforms like OpenShift.
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Basic Linux and shell scripting skills.

Experience

• Academic or practical exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, GitLab.
• Willingness to learn telco-specific technologies (e.g., EPC, 5GC).
