What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and maintain software solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
2. Assist in developing and optimizing REST APIs and integrating applications
3. Work with relational databases such as SQL Server to manage and query data
4. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues
5. Participate in the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2. 0-2 years of experience in software development, including internships, co-ops, or personal projects
3. Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (C#, Java, or Python)
4. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management
5. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
2. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
3. Interest in business applications and enterprise software solutions
