We are currently looking for a Junior Overhead Door Technician to join our growing Service Team based out of our Windsor branch. This is a field-based role where you'll work on overhead door systems which includes installation, troubleshooting, and service work for a wide range of commercial and industrial clients across the Windsor and neighboring area.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Repair automatic and manual overhead doors at customer's facility or home
  • Install and service commercial and residential garage doors
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers
  • Read manuals and use resources to correctly perform repairs for different brands of doors serviced
  • Maintain inventory on company service vehicle in order to effectively perform service calls
  • Work efficiently in small teams to complete daily tasks and assignments
  • Remain in contact with the Service Administrator daily
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Basic understanding of the principals of electrical systems
  • Aptitude of technical and electromechanical repair skills are an asset
  • Must have a valid G class driver's license
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing and able to work on a rotating on-call schedule when required
