Job Description

Publicis is seeking a highly detail-oriented and versatile Junior Digital Production Designer to join our creative team. This role is well-suited for a designer with strong technical expertise, refined layout skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. You will support a fast-paced client with quick turnaround requirements, producing digital assets that demand precision in photo retouching, manipulation, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

This position is hybrid, with in-office requirements to support sensitive projects in our secure clean room.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced photo retouching, compositing, and image manipulation to meet creative direction and brand standards.
  • Adapt and extend established campaign designs across digital platforms, including social media, web, email, and display advertising.
  • Translate creative briefs into production-ready assets with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and project managers to ensure consistency, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical and design issues proactively within established workflows.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or production design.
  • Undergraduate degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with strong skills in retouching, colour correction, masking, and compositing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud programs like Illustrator, InDesign
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro) is an asset.
  • Proficiency with presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, retouching, and layout capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven, detail-focused environment.
