Our telecommunications client is seeking six (6) Junior Desktop Support Analysts to provide Tier 3 technical support and escalate critical helpdesk requests. 19358

1-year contract to start, with a possible extension. Must be located in the Lower Mainland BC (travel to customer sites in the Lower Mainland area required).

Job #1: Windows 11 refresh - Edmonds office

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Tier 3 Support experience
• Advanced Windows 11 support experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs

Job #2: PC Refresh 3PM - 11PM - 100% onsite

May involve occasional extended hours or weekend work during peak refresh periods. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, desktop deployment, or PC refresh projects
