Minimum Qualifications:

• A Curious Spirit: You’re hungry to explore new tools, techniques, and ideas that elevate your creative game.
• A Designer’s Eye: You understand the foundations—composition, typography, and color theory—and are ready to hone these skills further.
• A Growing Toolkit: You’re comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Bonus points if you’ve explored 3D modeling or animation.
• A Fearless Attitude: You take risks, embrace mistakes as stepping stones, and thrive in the growth that follows.
