Junior Data Entry Clerk with SharePoint Online experience to provide digitization services and file management support across government departments (560)

Our client is seeking a Junior Data Entry Clerk with SharePoint Online experience to provide digitization services and file management support across government departments.

This is an onsite Edmonton role requiring 5 days a week on site.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years' experience in Data Entry using SharePoint Online
  • Experience working independently and in a team/group environment.

Additional Experience:

  • 2+ years with the following:
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with file maintenance (creation of new file structures, volumes, enclosures, labels)
  • Experience interpreting and applying records retention and disposition schedules
  • Experience with Records Management/Document Management using SharePoint
  • Experience scheduling records for disposition
  • Experience classifying records
  • Experience with document imaging, extraction, optical character recognition, and classification
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines
  • Knowledge of information management policies, directives, and guidelines
  • Fast/strong typing skills to take real-time notes (50 WPM)
