CapWest is seeking a Junior Civil Project Manager in Vancouver to drive civil and infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout. You will support budgeting, schedule tracking, subcontractor coordination, and on-site operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior directors, proactive problem solving, and adherence to drawing specifications and safety standards. A hands-on, organized candidate with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Civil and Infrastructure construction experience.
• Direct work experience in a project management capacity across schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Experience overseeing large Heavy Civil and Infrastructure projects is an asset.
• PM education or certification is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of Civil and Infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate tendering process and contract administration with subcontractors and consultants.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting to directors.
