The Junior Business Analyst will be a key contributor within the Business Analysis team, supporting client project delivery, product enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration between Support, QA, and Engineering. You will serve as a local point of contact for EMEA-based clients, while collaborating daily with the core project team based in Toronto. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to take initiative and work autonomously. We are looking for someone dynamic, fast-learning, and responsible, ready to engage in a cycle of continuous improvement and ownership. Occasional assistance with customer support, including weekend rotations, may be required to ensure smooth platform operation.
