Our client is looking for a Junior Business Analyst for a 5-month contract in Toronto. This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
- Work with management to create and deliver business communications.
- Ensure successful business adoption for the Safety Radio Network (PSRN) project.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Experience providing regular progress updates and reports to various audience levels, including Project Managers, project Sponsors, and Executive Sponsors.
- Proven data analysis skills to collect, synthesize data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in large-scale safety IT projects.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Additional Skills and Knowledge
- Support governance and communication teams by delivering documentation, process flows, and reporting analysis.
- Develop communication strategies, plans, and deliverables; track their delivery.
- Conduct business analysis, develop process flows, and document roles and responsibilities.
- Create templates for communications for reuse across streams.
- Design PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials.
- Track and document project data using Microsoft tools; develop dashboards and scorecards.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams and partners on documentation and communications.
- Lead business analysis to support new processes, develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Monitor communication activities and report regularly to management.
- Develop performance measures and conduct follow-ups.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with diverse interests.
- Participate in knowledge transfer.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience developing process flow diagrams and roles/responsibilities descriptions.
- Technical writing skills for procedures and processes.
- Data analysis skills for data collection and recommendations.
- Experience in organizational change management and IT communications.
- Experience creating content in engineering, IT, or technical environments.
