- Collective agreement and policy interpretation
- Collective bargaining
- Advice and guidance on the grievance procedure

About The Role
The Junior Business Analyst supports the project team by assisting with data gathering and analysis, recommendations, business process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness activities. The role contributes to overall project health by participating in planning discussions, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing documentation to support evidence-based decision-making. Working under general supervision, the Junior Business Analyst helps translate business needs into practical solutions through clear communication and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field and one year of experience in business analysis, working within large, complex organizations or projects, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Understanding of quality assurance and change management best practices.
- Proficient in supporting business process re-engineering and initiatives.
- Strong technical documentation skills to create detailed, accurate reports and documentation.
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools to interpret data and generate reports.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder validation and gather feedback to improve processes and functionalities.
- Excellent knowledge of human resources best practices, principles and methods.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.

Additional Information
The assignment end date is June 2026.
The pay range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for the position. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
