Role Description

THIS ROLE IS IN PERSON IN THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO - we are looking for candidates in the area already.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Bookkeeper located in Thunder Bay, ON. The Junior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. Duties include managing journal entries, using accounting software for financial records, and assisting in financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

The primary driver of your success in this role will be arriving to work as scheduled. This is not the role suited for someone who is frequently absent from work.

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online, Sage 50
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries (accounting)
• Basic understanding of finance principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
