Project Details:

This contractor will work on BAU editorial UX development and QA for the digital part of the bank's .com platform. The role involves supporting the Digital area with a focus on digital content and website management, requiring a background in financial institutions.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Digital Operations, the Business Analyst, Digital Operations, is responsible for providing efficient operational support while ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures. The analyst applies technical and process knowledge to serve as a point of contact for various stakeholders within the bank. The role involves independent judgment to determine feasible solutions, leading process improvement initiatives, and streamlining workflows. The analyst will work in a fast-paced environment alongside Product Owners, Consultants, and Leadership to update process workflows on internal web properties.

Must Have Requirements:

1. 1+ year experience in a banking environment (COOP experience is also considered)
2. Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
3. Ability to translate information into technical documents in Jira
4. Strong communication skills for facilitating stakeholder meetings
5. Experience in digital content or website management

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking with one of the Big 5 banks is a strong plus
