Typical workday:

As part of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team.

  • Train team members in customer support and sales techniques, ensuring product knowledge;
  • Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and explain product features;
  • Coordinate store activities with the management team;
  • Ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer service;
  • Meet personal sales goals (training provided);
  • Share information to achieve team sales targets.

Human resources:

  • Create a positive work environment fostering excellence and pride;
  • Promote our vision, mission, and brand culture;
  • Demonstrate leadership and serve as a role model;
  • Build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and sourcing top candidates;
  • Manage absences and lateness.

Marketing and visual presentation:

  • Create an attractive store environment with your team based on planograms;
  • Monitor competitors’ activities;
  • Reflect brand image to build customer loyalty;
  • Assist with order planning and visual displays;
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Administration:

  • Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports and share insights with your team;
  • Open and close the store;
  • Follow policies and procedures from head office;
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
