Qualifications

• Entry-level role in glazing and aluminum systems; learn on the job.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Experience in construction/manufacturing preferred.
• Read tape measure to 1/16" and understand shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling aluminum frames and components.
• Learn how to read basic shop drawings and measurements.
• Support glass installation and handling.
• Help install gaskets, sealants, and waterproofing components.
• Organize materials and prep components for production.
• Use hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions from lead hands and supervisors.
• Support overall production flow; assist other departments when needed.

You will work alongside experienced assemblers and glaziers to learn how to build high-performance aluminum systems. This is a learn-on-the-job role with clear progression into a skilled trade position.

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Skills

• Experience working in a construction, manufacturing, carpentry, or mechanical environment (shop or site)
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and positioning materials safely throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic understanding of materials (aluminum, glass, rubber gaskets, sealants) or similar construction components
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16\" and perform basic layout measurements
• Understands basic shop drawings and assembly layouts
