The Job

The role involves working with construction documents, development permits, submittals, tenders, site visits, contract reports, change orders, RFIs, RFPs, and reviewing drawings in Revit. You will liaise with contractors, subconsultants, project teams, and city officials. The position offers involvement in various projects across different sectors and potential for further development.

What’s Required

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology. Some experience in a technologist, project coordinator, or contract administrator role on various projects is preferred. Technical skills should include designing details, drawing details, producing full working drawing packages, construction documents, and development permits. Proficiency in Revit is essential. Candidates with 2 to 10 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply.
