Job summary

FundataCanada Inc. is seeking a junior analytics position on a one-year contract within the Analytics & Data department. You will work with financial professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment to deliver high-quality results by deadlines.

The role focuses on overseeing mutual fund data, maintaining data accuracy in portfolios and securities databases, and supporting client service with research and QA activities. Mid November start.

Job Description:

As a member of the Analytics & Data department you will be working with a team of financial professionals, in a fast paced, results driven environment. The Analytics & Data department is central to Fundata’s core business operations. You will be relied upon to deliver high quality results within strict deadlines. This is a junior level position for a one-year term.

Job Type:

This is a one-year contract.

Start Date:

Mid November

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee mutual fund data collection and processing
• Ensure portfolio and securities databases are accurate and up-to-date

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics,Economics
• Completion of IFSE Institute’s CIFC or Canadian Security Institute’s CSC/IFC considered an asset
• Pursuing or willingness to pursue a CFA or other designation is considered an asset
