Qualifications

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting live transactions and marketplace activity across Hiive's business.
• Analyzing data, building reports, and generating insights that help drive business decisions.
• Partnering with teams across Marketplace, Institutional Markets, Operations, and Client & Transaction Services to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and workflows using Salesforce and Hiive's internal systems.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and help implement scalable solutions.
• Working closely with experienced team members who will mentor and challenge you as you grow.
• Taking on increasing ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate impact.

Required Skills

• Recently completed (or are completing) an undergraduate degree in any discipline with an exceptional GPA (transcript required).
• A proven track record of excellence, whether through academics, athletics, leadership, entrepreneurship, or extracurricular activities.
• Internship, co-op, or work experience where you've demonstrated initiative, accountability, and strong execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn quickly in a high-performance environment.
• Excited to work in person from Hiive's Vancouver headquarters.

Preferred Skills

• Internship or coursework in finance, business, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Interest in private markets, venture capital, startups, or financial technology.
