Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Analyst to support Senior Appraisers in real estate appraisal assignments in Fredericton, NB. You will assist with reports, data entry, and market research while learning from experienced professionals to accelerate your career.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and excellent English communication. Experience in commercial real estate is required; AACI candidacy is not necessary.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
  • Eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience in commercial real estate is required.
  • AACI candidate is not needed for this role.

The Analyst is responsible for supporting Senior Appraisers with their appraisal assignments. This would include assisting the Senior Appraisers in the preparation of real estate appraisal reports, entering data in database, helping to create evaluation reports, doing research on behalf of the appraiser and making recommendations in terms of data collected.
