The role requires 0–2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields, and strong communication and analytics capabilities. Mandarin and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets.
• Initiative, curiosity, and a habit of keeping others updated without being asked.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective affiliate partners, run outreach, and maintain the CRM pipeline.
• Analyze campaign reports to spot trends, growth opportunities, and traffic-quality issues.
• Support affiliate onboarding, tracking setup, creative delivery, and daily communications.
• Learn campaign strategy, optimization, and negotiation alongside senior managers.
