Job summary

BDO Canada in St. John's seeks a Junior Administrative Professional to join the Debt Solutions team. You will handle general admin duties, invoice collection routing to Accounts Payable, and support document preparation while aiding meetings and time/expense processing.

Success hinges on strong communication, MS Office skills, collaboration and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • An Office Administration diploma or other relevant education is an asset.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • You have the ability to prioritize your workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
  • You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information.
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties including coordinating and ordering business cards, stationary along with distribution of Marketing materials as required

Your Opportunity

Our St. John's office is looking for a Junior Administrative Professional to join the Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:
