About the Role:

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team’s day-to-day accounting operations. This position combines financial data entry, transactional processing, and administrative tasks that help ensure smooth internal workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Process vendor invoices and customer payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and organize financial documents for reconciliation and audit support
• Maintain orderly digital and physical records in line with company procedures
• Assist with month-end close activities and general ledger updates
• Provide reliable administrative support to enhance overall team efficiency
• Contribute to internal projects or reporting tasks as needed

What You Bring:

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and high-volume data entry
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus)
• Ability to work on-site and occasionally lift light file storage materials
