• Shifts : Monday to Friday | 8 am – 5 pm
• Job type : Full-Time | Temporary for 1 month to start with high possibility of extension, or permanent hire

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handling high volume of Collection calls.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business is an asset.
• Customer Service or Call Center experience in office environment. Experience dealing with customers on daily bases is required.
• Must be able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult or upset customers calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Residency in Edmonton is required
• Must be available to start ASAP
• Legal eligibility to work full-time hours in Canada
