Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries and bank reconciliations. This position is based in Downtown Edmonton, on-site - 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle Accounts Payable
• AR, Invoicing, soft collections, credit card reconciliation
• Journal Entries, Account reconciliation and bank reconciliations
• Job Costing and profitability analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of AR, AP, Bookkeeping or Accounting Experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Intermediate Excel
