Contribute to the growth of Azelis according to the mission and objectives set annually for the group and division, mainly by:
- Maintaining existing accounts, building solid relationships, to increase our position with these accounts to ensure their complete satisfaction towards AZELIS.
- Developing new prospects into buying accounts by offering superb customer experience.
- Participating in industry-related events as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Working closely with the Product Managers, Sales Manager, and Business Manager to develop sales and maximize profitability, including joint customer visits and presentations as needed.
- Developing and building opportunities pipeline and reporting accordingly to Azelis and Suppliers.
- Negotiating selling prices while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborating with the internal operational team to ensure fluent communication related to accounts, optimizing the client experience.
- Producing reports and completing required documentation to monitor financial targets and support sales and business activities.
- Contributing to the development and evaluation of computerized systems for compatibility and issue identification before implementation.
- Fostering teamwork across Azelis Solutions departments and other groups by proactive communication and sharing best practices.
- Leading or assisting in special projects related to their expertise to meet business needs.
- Providing internal support to meet service objectives and other responsibilities.
Minimum Educational Requirements
College or University degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, with preference for education related to the division (e.g., pharmaceutical, cosmetic).
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of formulation bench experience in the cosmetic industry.
The candidate should be self-supervising, outgoing, relationship-oriented, goal-driven, and well-organized with strong time management skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work outside regular hours and travel domestically are required.
