Aon is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Thunder Bay (Indigenous Practice). This hybrid role supports client relationships, growth opportunities, and collaboration with Prairie region teams to deliver insurance solutions.

You will work with Senior Account Executives and colleagues across locations, handling client portfolios, preparing materials, and contributing to account development with a focus on service quality and growth.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client focus.
• Demonstrated interest in or foundational knowledge of account management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple Account Managers and offices.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Account Executives in handling client portfolios to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Indigenous practice in Thunder Bay and Winnipeg.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and identify products/services.
• Explain coverage and value propositions clearly and professionally.
• Support risk analysis and development of mitigation recommendations under guidance.
• Review contracts, policies, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with client presentations, proposals, renewal materials, and supporting docs.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and account reporting.
