Salary Range - $60,000 - $80,000 plus competitive variable compensation structure.

Note: We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and highly engaged Junior Account Executive to join our Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

What You’ll Do
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads within an assigned territory
  • Research prospect targets, identify decision makers, and generate initial interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Partner with Account Executives and the rest of the Sales/Marketing Team to design and implement large scale lead generation campaigns targeting decision makers with tailored messages and value proposition
  • Make daily prospect calls, qualify and set up meetings for Account Executives from both inbound and outbound leads
  • Clearly articulate KEV’s mission and core differentiators to prospective clients
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to generate interest in KEV’s suite of products
  • Document all activities and communications in Salesforce
  • Provide feedback of key messages hearing from prospects in terms of our messaging, needs of the prospect, message resonation, competitive insights etc.
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ of previous experience in a software Business Development role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent time-management skills
