Ledcor Group’s Integrated Digital Services (IDS) team in Canada invites you to contribute to civil infrastructure modelling, digital coordination, and model-based project delivery. You’ll work with project and office staff to gain hands-on experience in 3D modelling and digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Exposure to Trimble Business Center, Navisworks.
• Civil engineering, surveying or geomatics background (asset).
• Interest or basic experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail; able to spot discrepancies.
• Experience with BIM implementation practices.
• Excellent communication, planning & organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D civil infrastructure models from drawings and specs.
• Produce construction drawings and deliverables from digital models.
• Support model-based quantity take-offs and volume calculations.
• Coordinate model work with engineers, survey teams, and construction staff.
• Assist with clash detection and 4D simulation.
• Support integration of 3D laser scans/point clouds.
• Participate in model reviews and quality checks.
