Job summary

Ledcor Group of Companies is seeking an IDS team member focusing on civil infrastructure modelling, digital workflows and project coordination. The role offers hands-on experience with 3D models, digital coordination, and model-based delivery for large-scale projects.

You will gain exposure to Autodesk Civil 3D, 4D simulation, and BIM practices while collaborating with engineers and field teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Civil 3D and civil infrastructure modelling concepts.
• Exposure to Trimble Business Center, Navisworks and parametric modelling is beneficial.
• Educational background in civil engineering, surveying, geomatics, or related discipline.
• Interest or basic experience in civil infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in models and drawings.
• Experience or exposure to BIM implementation practices is an asset.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing 3D civil infrastructure models (roads, bridges, earthworks, utilities).
• Produce construction drawings and deliverables from digital models.
• Support model-based quantity take-offs and volume calculations.
• Support model-related project coordination with engineers, survey teams and construction staff.
• Assist in clash detection activities and 4D simulation.
• Support integration and coordination of 3D laser scans/point clouds.
• Participate in model reviews and quality checks.
