Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience

Asset languages: Portuguese

Work setting: Fitness centre

Tasks:

  1. Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques
  2. Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs
  3. Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities
  4. Lead/instruct individuals
  5. Provide lifestyle awareness information
  6. Monitor activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required

Supervision: 16-20 people, more than 20 people

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:

  • Martial arts instructor Certification
