Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Food Service Manager, the Juice Bar Server performs the following duties :

Typical Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Prepare fruits and vegetables for fresh juices (must be able to read and understand recipes in English).
• Make fresh juices using electric juicers.
• Assist customers with questions and product selection.
• Complete customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain the juice bar area clean and sanitized.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures according to health regulations.
• Assist in the deli as needed.

Qualification Guidelines

Any combination of training and experience equivalent to :

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Knowledge of :

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Ability to :

• Possess customer service experience.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Moving stock and preparing ingredients.
• Repetitive movements, including cutting with knives.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.

Special Requirements

• Availability to work various shifts as needed.
