Job description

Salary Range: $68,640 - $79,700

The AV-8B/T-45 Joint Systems Support Activity (JSSA) is seeking a skilled, motivated, and disciplined Configuration Management (CM) and/or Data Management (DM) support for effectively identifying and managing technical data and documentation throughout the lifecycle of a Software Configuration Set (SCS).

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for inputting/retrieving documents and records.

Track requirements and enter test planning data into databases.Maintain an accurate status of requirement documents imported into the database.Consolidate all the configuration items and associated requirements out of DOORS and Serena databases to build the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Weapon System Requirements Document (WSRD), and System Segment Design Document (SSDD).

Apply Data Management (identification, control, reporting, and accounting) to all contract CDRL deliverables. Ensure all program data is maintained, tracked and electronically retrievable.

Maintain stringent CM control, providing accountability, traceability and reproducibility of controlled baselines and their unique documentation packages.

Coordinate and facilitate the Software Change Review Boards (SCRBs) and Problem Report Change Review Boards (PCRBs), which includes preparing and distributing agendas, documenting action items, and updating the databases all in real-time.

Provide support for peer review boards establishing meetings, distributing technical data, collecting/consolidating comments, facilitating meetings, documenting action items real-time, and validating completeness before authorizing closure.

Interface closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) management to ensure Fleet requirements are being met.

Identify data management scheduling requirements to leadership in a timely manner.

Perform data replication via hardcopy, softcopy, scanning, CDs, and DVDs.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

HS diploma/GED plus 10 years of experience. An Associate plus 4 year of relevant experience or a Bachelors plus 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance for duration of employment.

Must be able to work onsite - This position is not remote work eligible.

Working knowledge and experience in the handling and distribution of classified material are required for the position.

Effectively communicate (oral and written) with tact and professionalism.

Must be comfortable speaking and working in a group environment while using the computer real-time.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated, requiring little to no direction, and who will actively seek out ways to improve processes and procedures.

Desired Skills:

Database experience (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Previous process experience.

Previous government experience.
