We are hiring a Junior Sous Chef at Trius Winery Restaurant. Reporting to the Executive Chef and working closely with the kitchen management team, this role is ideal for someone with some leadership experience who wants to grow within a renowned organization with estate wineries across Canada.

The opportunity: Surrounded by Niagara's local farms and grape growers, Trius showcases fresh ingredients and award-winning wines. Working here, you'll gain skills and confidence to advance your culinary career, working with top professionals in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

The expectations: Lead and develop the kitchen team, assist in delivering high-quality food, represent the kitchen at events, and support the Manager on Duty when needed.

The requirements:

  • Chefs certificate or culinary training (apprenticeship program)
  • Two to three years of fine dining experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

The environment: Trius Winery, a pioneer in Canadian winemaking for over 40 years, is located between the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario.
