Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of abatement projects, from estimating and planning to execution.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support continued business growth.
  • Coordinate project staff to ensure efficient on-site operations.
  • Track project budgets and financial forecasting, including cash flow, and overall project costs.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in project management within the construction or abatement industry.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight.
Certifications
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
  • Occupational Health and Safety for the Asbestos Worker.
  • CSTS 2020/WHMIS.
  • First Aid (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay will be commensurate with experience.
  • 2 weeks paid vacation annually.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
