BeachHead is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer-CEROS/Banking in Toronto to create graphics, videos and digital assets that support internal and external corporate initiatives. You will work within a fast-paced, collaborative team crafting compelling multimedia storytelling across channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a design field, 5–7 years in a creative setting, and expert fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with CEROS and flexible hours are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a creative agency or in‑house environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AE, PP, PS, AI, IN)
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Video editing, post‑production and sound editing experience.
• Meticulous attention to brand standards and details.

Responsabilités

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Jr. Graphic Designer-CEROS/Banking. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact multimedia content, working within a highly collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to innovative storytelling and visual communication. The role involves creating compelling graphics, videos, and digital assets that support internal and external corporate initiatives.

Pay rate range (CAD): $37.37/hr – $44.84/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging visual content across various channels, including digital, print, and multimedia platforms
• Execute design projects from concept through completion, adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and translate ideas into impactful visuals
• Assist in ideation and suggest creative approaches for content delivery
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to craft professional graphics, animations, and videos
• Support the production of video and photography content, including editing and post-production work
• Maintain consistency with brand standards across all creative assets
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning discussions
• Support event-related content creation and co-ordinate with external vendors when necessary
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and emerging digital storytelling techniques

Desired Skill-Set

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Experience with video editing, post-production, and sound editing
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CEROS and social media content creation, including video and podcasts
• Experience working in or understanding of corporate branding standards
• Knowledge of lighting, filming, and post-production processes
• Ability to work flexible hours outside of regular schedule as needed
