The Jr. Business Analyst (BA) reports to the Director and supports the Business Analysts with a wide variety of data domains and business data needs. The Jr. BA will support multiple concurrent projects. Assist with identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Assist with specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May participate in management reviews, including presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action. Performs other duties as assigned.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.50 to $38.25. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
