Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Alternate Solutions Group, build new products for Capital Markets, and develop white label solutions for other enterprises.
  • Manage client onboarding onto their platforms.
  • Oversee money movement into Canada.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing requirements and rapid releases, aiming for 1-month sprints.
  • Lead a portfolio comprising 2 release teams and 2 project teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, QAs, and BAs, tracking progress and ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide structure, streamline processes, and create realistic plans and timelines to manage chaos and deliver results.

Qualifications :

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Experience managing difficult stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • Ability to understand product and business priorities and translate them to technical teams.
  • Represent Business in Technology discussions and vice versa.
  • Act as a business partner in delivering digital products.
  • Deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience transforming teams from waterfall or quasi-agile to agile delivery.
  • Strong financial management skills, including tracking project finances, reconciling actuals, and re-baselining forecasts.
  • Proven delivery expertise with understanding of SDLC and ability to create realistic project timelines and deliver accurately.
