Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Truck & Coach Technician or Automotive Service Technician.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime and keep equipment reliable.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Analyze equipment performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge of heavy-duty equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a diverse range of heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.
• Technical Analysis: Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements, modifications, or upgrades to enhance productivity, safety, and efficiency.
