Responsibilities

Journeyperson Electrician / Lead Hand

$45–$50/hour + benefits + vehicle/travel reimbursement

MXS Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician to join our growing team as a Lead Hand.

This is a hands‑on field position focused primarily on multi‑family construction, renovations, service upgrades, and residential construction. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of the electrical work on a project, and provide leadership to apprentices and other team members.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician who is ready for more responsibility and room to grow, without the administrative burden of running their own business.

What You'll Do

• Lead electrical work on a multi‑family construction project

What We're Looking For

• Red Seal Construction Electrician

• Strong knowledge of the current Canadian Electrical Code

• Reliable, organized, and self‑motivated

Assets

• Commercial or industrial experience

• Occupational First Aid


• Fall protection, lift, or other safety certifications
