Job summary

Iconic Electric and Controls is seeking full-time Journeyperson and Apprentice Electricians to join our Cochrane team. Preference will be given to electricians and apprentices with construction experience.

You will read drawings, install and terminate TECK cables, ground and bond installations, and mentor apprentices while maintaining a safe work environment. A valid driver's license is preferred; safety tickets are assets. We offer a comprehensive wage, benefits, and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• Indentured apprentices
• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Strong mathematical, scientific, mechanical and logical reasoning abilities
• Good communication and reading skills
• Valid driver's license
• Safety tickets an asset (CSTS, H2S Alive, Fall Arrest)
• Must know how to properly use basic tools such as power saws and drills
