Job Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on boiler systems
• Maintain knowledge of boiler systems, hot water tanks, furnaces, MUA, pumps, etc.
• Adhere to building codes and specifications
• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Set up and troubleshoot boilers
• Participate in on-call emergencies
• Complete and send reports daily
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber ticket and Gas ticket
• Experience with service plumbing and boiler systems
• Experience in multi-family residential buildings is an asset
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass security clearance
