Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fabrication and threaded piping.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret Pipefitting and Instrumentation drawings.
  • Assemble H2S mitigation systems and perform hydrotesting.

Job Title: Journeyman Pipefitter

Job Description

Working long-term on the Pipefitting team in the facility, reading Pipefitting and Instrumentation drawings, threading pipe, running bolt up procedures, hydrotesting the product, and using a crane to assemble H2S mitigation systems.

Work Environment

The shift is Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM, totaling 40 hours per week with some overtime. The facility features a strong team culture with four different trades and opportunities for cross-training. The first week includes orientation and safety courses, with floor work starting by the end of the week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based near Calgary, Alberta.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $44.00/hr.
