Element Technical Services in Red Deer, AB is seeking a HET Journeyman Mechanic for the Red Deer Base to support oil and gas operations with on-site field service. The role emphasizes maintenance, troubleshooting, and mentoring within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Oil and Gas.
HET Journeyman Certificate with CVIP eligibility.
Ability to perform advanced repair and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on FRAC and COIL TUBING equipment, including repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment to maximize safe and productive operations
Ensure maintenance inspections are completed within designated timelines and documented as per industry standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot repairs
Complete paperwork efficiently and in a timely manner
Record and track equipment deficiencies
Perform remote & on location field repairs as required with the ability to work in all weather conditions
Participate in safety meetings and provide feedback on equipment modifications and specifications
Other duties as required
