Your Role Will Include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Performing routine maintenance to keep our fleet in tip-top shape
- Collaborating closely with team members and management to prioritize repair orders
- Mentoring and guiding apprentices — your experience is invaluable!
- Ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to company safety protocols
- Keeping detailed service reports and documentation

Requirements
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (Red Seal)
- Hands-on experience with heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair
- Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to new software applications
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork
- Previous experience with CVIP inspections is a definite advantage
