Your Role Will Include :

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Performing routine maintenance to keep our fleet in tip-top shape
• Collaborating closely with team members and management to prioritize repair orders
• Mentoring and guiding apprentices — your experience is invaluable!
• Ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to company safety protocols
• Keeping detailed service reports and documentation

Requirements

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (Red Seal)
• Hands-on experience with heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using technology and adapting to new software applications
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork
• Previous experience with CVIP inspections is a definite advantage
