Responsibilities :

Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers

Ensure daily communication with Leader

Respond to service calls in a timely and effective manner

Willing to train and mentor an Apprentice Electrician

Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations.

Test continuity of circuits using testing equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of systems, following installation, replacement or repair.

Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components.

Connect electrical power to sound and visual communication equipment, signaling devices and heating and cooling systems.

Install, replace and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment

Install, replace and repair car plug receptacles and related components

Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet

Experience and Educational Requirements:

ValidJourneyman Certificate / Red Seal Endorsed as an Electrician

3 years residential / commercial experience beneficial but not required

Experience with installation/maintenance of HVAC and boiler systems would be beneficial but not required

Fire Alarms and related systems preferred

Technical Requirements:

Working knowledge of English both verbal and written

Valid Driver’s license required

Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
